At GT Omega, we are committed to providing the ultimate ergonomic experience for your home office or gaming setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack all components back into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
